Multiple moons above Prussia in 1765

7 March 1765, UFOs described as extra moons in Danzig Germany.

Danzig, the 14th of February. A not unpleasant air phenomenon occurred in the evening, between 8 and 9 o'clock in the evening. Two moons were seen beside the real moon, one in the South East and the other at the North East, with a great Ring like a Rainbow enclosing the phenomenon. The moons disappeared after 9 o'clock, the reported Ring was still seen after 11 o'clock.

Danzig, den 14 Februari. Een niet onaangenaam Luchtverschijnsel vertoonde zich op de 10 dezer, 's avonds tussen 8 en 9 uren, alhier; te weten, twee manen zag men bij de Maan, de ene na het Zuid-Oosten en de andere na het Noord-Oosten staande, zijnde met een groten Ring, die alle de Verwen van een Regenboog had, besloten: de manen verdwenen na 9 uren, doch de gemelde Ring werd nog tot na 11 uren gezien.
