NEW YORK (Reuter) Willy Ley, the German-born missile specialist and writer of scientific works on space travel, died in New York on Tuesday after a heart attack, he became 62 years old. Ley, settled in the United States in 1935 and was a friend of Dr. Werner von Braun. He was an adviser to NASA, the American organization for space flights.

NEW YORK (Reuter) Willy Ley, de in Duitsland geboren raketspecialist en schrijver van wetenschappelijke werken over ruimtevaart, is dinsdag in New York overleden na een hartaanval, hij is 62 jaar geworden. Ley, een vriend van dr. Werner von Braun had zich in 1935, in de Verenigde Staten gevestigd Hij was adviseur van de NASA, de Amerikaanse organisatie voor ruimtevluchten.
