In awe, Queen Elizabeth II of England looks up at the skeleton of the Irish giant Charles Byrne, who lived from 1761 to 1783 and had a length of 2.45 meters. The skeleton is in the "Hunterian Museum", which is part of a medical school in London. The new building of this school was opened by the Queen.

DE KONINGIN EN HET GERAAMTE. Met ontzag kijkt koningin Elizabeth II van Engeland op naar het skelet van de Ierse reus Charles Byrne, die van 1761 tot 1783 leefde en een lengte had van 2.45 meter. Het skelet staat in het "Hunterian Museum", dat een onderdeel is van een medische school in Londen. De nieuwbouw van deze school werd door de koningin geopend.
